Welcome to Seat and Sleep Gallery. By placing an order, purchasing from our store, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

By engaging in a transaction with Seat and Sleep Gallery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Customer") and Seat and Sleep Gallery.

   * Binding Orders: An order is considered confirmed once payment (or a deposit) has        been received.

   * Deposits: For custom-made or special-order items, a 50% non-refundable deposit          is required to initiate production. Once production has commenced, the deposit            cannot be returned if the customer cancels the order, as the materials and labor            have been committed.

   * Final Payment: All outstanding balances must be settled in full at least 48 hours              prior to the scheduled delivery date. Ownership of the goods remains with Seat            and Sleep Gallery until full payment has been cleared in our bank account.

   * Pricing Errors: While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing may occasionally

      occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, Seat and Sleep        Gallery reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and              issue a full refund.

   * Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable          after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

   * Access Responsibility: As stated in our Return Policy, customers are responsible for        ensuring that items fit through access points. Our delivery teams are not                        authorized to disassemble door frames, windows, or other structures.

   * Delivery Delays: While we make every effort to meet delivery dates, delivery times          are estimates. Seat and Sleep Gallery shall not be liable for any losses or damages        arising from delays in delivery caused by third-party courier service providers or            unforeseen logistics issues.

   * Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers must inspect all items upon arrival. Any visible

      damage must be noted on the delivery note at the time of signing. Failure to                report damage at the time of delivery may invalidate future claims regarding                  cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, tears).

   * General: To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Seat and Sleep            Gallery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages            resulting from the use of our products.

   * Installation: Any installation services provided by third-party contractors are                    between the customer and that contractor. Seat and Sleep Gallery is not liable for          any property damage or injury resulting from third-party installation services.

All content on our website, including logos, text, designs, and images, is the property of Seat and Sleep Gallery and is protected by South African copyright laws. Unauthorized use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

We are committed to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

   * We collect personal information (name, address, phone number, email) solely for          the purpose of fulfilling your orders, processing payments, and providing customer

      support.

   * We will not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties for                    marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

   * You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any          time by contacting us.

Seat and Sleep Gallery reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website or provided in-store. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Seat and Sleep Gallery shall not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, mechanical breakdown, industrial disputes, fire, flood, pandemics, or government-mandated lockdowns.
